Campground Rules & Policies

• Quiet Hours

             Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

• Visitor Policy

1. Visitors must register at the office upon arrival.
2. All visitors must leave by 11:00 PM unless registered as overnight guests.
3. Underage children must be accompanied by an adult.

• Motorized Vehicles in the Park

1. Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the campground.
2. Golf Carts must be insured and registered.
3. ATVs, dirt bikes, and go carts are not allowed.
4. CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES IS NOT PERMITTED.

Pet Policy

     Sugarloaf RV is pet-friendly for RV and tent sites. 

Pet rules everyone must follow.

1. Pets must always be on a leash (max 6 feet).
2. Owners must immediately clean up after their pets.
3. Aggressive behavior or excessive barking is not allowed.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

    Reservations can be made through our online request form or by calling our office at (423) 338-5175.

    A deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount depends on the length of stay and site type.

Cancellation policy

    At Sugarloaf RV, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness while managing high demand—especially during our peak season—please review the following cancellation and deposit guidelines before booking:

Daily Reservations (6 nights or less)

• Deposit required at time of booking.
• Cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• 7-day notice required for a refund of the remaining deposit.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival forfeit the entire deposit.
• No-shows are treated as cancellations and result in full deposit loss.

Weekly Reservations (7 nights or more)

• 20% of the deposit is non-refundable.
• 7-day notice required for a refund of the remaining 80%.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival forfeit the full deposit.
• No-shows result in complete deposit forfeiture.                                                                                                                                                                                                               

Monthly Reservations

• Monthly deposits are $500, with 20% non-refundable.
• 30-day notice required for refund of the remaining deposit.
• Cancellations within 30 days result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• No-shows forfeit the full deposit.
• Arrival Date Changes: Not guaranteed; may result in waitlist status or deposit loss without management approval.
• Late fees and removal from the park if monthly fees are not paid by the 1st of the month.

Are there minimum stay requirements?

Yes, minimum stay requirements vary by season and site type:

In and Peak Season (May 15 – Sep 30): Weekly stays may be required for certain site types.

Can I extend my stay?

Extensions are based on availability. Please check with the office before 11:00 AM on your departure date

Our front office is open Mon. thru Sat. from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Sun. from 1:00PM -6:00PM

• What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 2:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.

• Is Sugarloaf RV open year-round?

Yes! We are open 365 days a year and offer both seasonal and year-round camping.

• Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes! Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the campground.
